creepin
i was creepin on the internet this morning and it made me think of this time that Jenny and I went to a show right before I got married …. this happened.
We ran into a bunch of people that we were friends with. Not the just knew, but hung out with everyday, some we even dated. Any who I guess I should preface this with we were in Philly, and I love it there, I had some of the best and worst times of my life there. I fell in love there, I just don’t ever want to live there. So these old friends of ours say to me “so your getting married” (which we you are about to get married is one of the most annoying comments any one can make, once you married it’s “so your married now…”) and this one girl says to us, ” so where you living now?” we say,” still in the burbs” she says “thats cool there is nothing wrong with that”… i forgot about this comment until right now. and you know what>? there is nothing wrong with that! Fuck that whole living in the city, living off my parents, i work at a trendy store, go out drinking, my boyfriend is in a band shit…. I do not want to pass judgement I really don’t and I know it sounds like I am, but I work hard to live and have what I have. And this one girl in particular I know for a fact …. doesn’t.I think she forgets where she came from, where she grew up. I dont.
